shiihaa stays openly accessible. This page is an invitation, not a gate. Those who want to can contribute more. No one has to.
Support shiihaa
The app stays accessible. If you would like to support shiihaa, you help us move forward where time and care are needed:
- making breath detection through the microphone more accurate,
- keeping the design even calmer,
- carrying research and validation further,
- testing devices so it runs reliably on many phones,
- building new breathing programs, gently.
Support is voluntary. It is not required to use the app, and it unlocks nothing. People who contribute do so because they like where this is going.
For professionals
Some people would like to use shiihaa in their work — in practice, guidance or teaching. It fits well for coaching, breathwork, physiotherapy, psychology, medical prevention and for reflective, body-aware work.
In this, shiihaa serves observation, not performance. It is about quietly noticing breath and rhythm, not about target numbers or competition.
Collaborations
We are glad to talk with people and organisations who know the subject from another side: breathwork, self-regulation, freediving, coaching, medicine and research. If you see a shared idea, we will listen.
What shiihaa is not
So there is no misunderstanding:
- not a medical device,
- no diagnosis,
- no treatment,
- no medical recommendations.
shiihaa is a tool for breathing awareness, practice and self-observation. For health questions, medical or therapeutic guidance remains the right path.
